Sunday Morning Junior Church and Young Disciples

Usually children go to the first part of Sunday Morning Worship, leaving after the children’s address for their own group activities. A crèche is provided for very young children. There is a wide age range of children. The children often participate in worship with sketches, prayers and activities.

We also have camping weekends, barbecues, sleepovers and have joined in with nationally organised Christian weekends.

Roundabout Parent, Baby & Toddler Group meets in the church hall, during term time, on Wednesdays between 10.00 and 12.00.

There are currently 32 children coming to the group with an increasing waiting list.

Each week consists of free-play whilst everyone arrives, a prepared craft for the parents to enjoy with their child, a snack of juice and fruit (tea/coffee/biscuits for parents), more free-play ending with musical instruments and a good old fashioned sing-song.

Towards the end of the summer term we organize an outing. At the end of the summer and Christmas terms a fun filled party is arranged.

We also like to enter into the local Carnival in September and support local charities with things such as sponsored toddles.
